All India Radio on 666 khz DRM broadcasting news at 0130 pm IST. High quality audio but No antenna (except in-built ferrite) needed for receiving DRM medium wave.
The transmitter at chinsurah (Mogra) is more than 100 km away from my receiving place.
All India Radio Kolkata-A on 666 khz DRM medium mode. Very nice audio quality. Station received using Avion AV-DR-1401 DRM30 radio. Broadcast originated from Chinsurah medium wave transmitter site.
All India Radio external service and Vividhbharti DRM simulcasting was heard around 1105 UTC on 17895 khz with two different audio channels on shortwave. Very good reception noticed for both cases from the Eastern part of India.
Broadcasting from Santa Maria di Galeria on 17th November 2015, Vatican radio was received on shortwave DRM mode on 15775 at 1530 UTC.
The whole program was decoded very efficiently by Avion DRM AV-DR-1401. No audio drop at all. Here is a short clip with interval sound of the broadcasts.
All India Radio broadcasts two different channels/services (Chinese and Tibetan) on 15040 khz simultaneously from Bengaluru TX site. Both channel was received very efficiently by Avion AV-DR-1401 DRM receiver with simple whip antenna.
Vatican radio DRM broadcast received on 15775 khz from 1530 to 1550 UTC using Avion AV-DR-1401 DRM receiver. Once again excellent audio was observed. Almost 99% of the audio was received. Receiving place is 7215 km away from actual transmitter site.
