RWM Russian Standard Frequency and Time Radio Station from Moscow

RWM's (Russian State time and frequency service) time pips were heard on 9996 khz  from 1700 to 1730 hrs UTC on 15 th February 2014. Besides time pips 'RWM' in Morse code ID for several times  and other pulses type signal was received. 

Reception on AM and USB mode were very good.SINPO was 44434..good signal strength and clear transmission in AM and USB modes

Reception report was emailed on the same day. A QSL  reply arrived in mail on 8th April 2014.
